The Wildcat Pride Marching Band has performed in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City. Wheeler Bands have also performed all over Georgia, as well as in Tennessee, Florida, the Bahamas, Hawaii, New Orleans, Louisiana, and Washington, D.C. The marching band was awarded second place in the New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade, as well as performing at Walt Disneyland in Anaheim, California. In addition, the Wheeler High School Band has received numerous awards, consistent superior ratings in concert and jazz bands, and many marching band championships.
